I got this a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it! It's definitely helping out with my workouts and it's not uncomfortable like many other waist trainers. It holds me in good and does add a little more shape to my figure.It was a little hard to put on when I first got it and I needed help lol, but after a couple of wears, it's easy enough to put on now that I can do it by myself.I am very happy with this product

They have the best customer service.I had some issues with the shipping ( a minor confusion) that made me not have this shaper for s certain event but their representatives were all nice and solved my problem before I even asked.
