They were out of the garment I initially ordered but offered a replacement garment that I could receive quickly, in addition to some arm bands fir my trouble. I received the replacement quickly. The garment runs big, so it doesn’t fit my needs, but overall the service and quality are great.

This is my 7th order. I’ve recommended it to my family and friends, my cousin loves them too.I'm very impressed with the quality of this product for several reasons. First, it cinches you in all the way up to your bra-line, which eliminates the "muffin top" that other shapewear or corset products create. Second, the whole point of shapewear is to actually wear it. I've purchased things before that were uncomfortable, and as a result, I seldom wore them. The corset has clasps in addition to a zipper. This is a product that I've been able to wear all day comfortably, yet I still feel that it's tight enough to be effective.
