SculptHouseReviews of sculpthouse.com

SculptHouse is the most effective workout you can do in 50 minutes. If you don't love cardio, they offer strength classes without the tread. The sequences are constantly changing and there's so many moves that you'll never be bored with a "routine" like at other fitness studios. It's a challenge but the instructors are knowledgeable and guide you. You'll find your abs and make new friends -- highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Want to change your body, your mindset about fitness, and your life? SculptHouse is the place for you! A couple years ago, I decided to focus on my fitness and SculptHouse has enabled me to do that and more. They offer a nice variety of classes that include cardio options, lower/upper/total body focuses, or Pilates focuses for muscle toning and leaning. Their instructors are all highly knowledgeable, encouraging, and very focused on helping you maximize your class time, whether you’re a first-time visitor or a pro. The studio itself is a very nice and motivating environment to work out in. Highly recommend giving this boutique studio a try!

As a military vet and current marathon runner I was looking for a place to balance out my workout regime. I needed something that could help keep me accountable with resistance workouts, reduce my chances of injury, improve bone density, and help me sleep better. SculptHouse does all this with their low impact megaformer resistance workouts while working all my slow twitch muscles. Every instructor I've encountered has a friendly, approachable and encouraging attitude and always has me feeling like I can take over the world afterwards. -Djay
