Easy to set up and naviagate the system.

Way to complicated to use.... It either records or it does not. Disappointing. Now using a downloadable App.

Initially, I was unhappy because I could not download an app for the android, but I reached out to the company and they give me the option to the return the pen oh wait until the android app becomes available. I decided to keep the pen because of the quick response from this company. And then ran and grabbed my IPAD downloaded the app, and I love the pen.

The pen itself as a pen is amazing. Light and writes nicely. Its not heavy and bulky like i would have expected. The app and the pairing were simple and straightforward. I own a business and wanted my reps carrying this type of tech for their presentations but didn't want something “in your face” like the normal meeting ai recorders like the plaud. Also didn't want an extra pen type ai recorder they wouldn't actually use to write with as they all look bulky and geared strictly to record and summarize, which just ends up being the thing sitting in everyone's faces reminding them the meeting is recorded which sometimes leads to people not saying what they might normally say. Just a simple folks if you dont mind would lime to record and summarize what we discussed so can also send you a recap of the meeting in quick summary form. Five minutes later everyone is flowing as normal and there isnt the weird “thing” sitting on the table. Brava Scriben BRAVO.

Emma has been incredible to work with! I tell everyone that I can about this pen and it's incredible use for anyone that has to be in meetings! I can't picture going to a meeting without it now!
