Scott picked up the phone every single time I called and responds to texts immediately, whether early morning or late at night. When I called on a Wednesday night and he asked when I wanted the dumpster delivered, I asked, “Could you drop it off tomorrow morning at 9am?” He said, “I can bring it tomorrow morning, just give me a 2-hour window” — and he was there right at 9am, the very start of my window. That’s genuinely impressive, because the majority of people I work with show up later than expected.
