Hard to cancel, some clothes dirty
I like Scotch & Soda clothes, but the Scotch Select subscription service is not good. I had the service for 3 months and received 3 boxes. It is advertised that all clothes will be dry cleaned before being sent to you. In all 3 of my boxes, clothing had marks or small stains and was not cleaned. One had a long hair laying right on top of the tissue paper when I opened the box. I liked the clothes overall, but several didn't fit and I didn't find it to be a good value. My biggest complaint is that when I went to cancel, they don't allow you to easily stop your subscription online. You must call a number from 9-5 Monday thru Friday. I was put on hold and hung up on the first time. The second time, I was subjected to hard sell tactics with the rep trying 5 times to get me to keep the subscription. This is just inexcusable and offensive. I will never use this service again because of that.
