Thank you for the kind words, but unless you are buying the Damaged Mystery Box product, no individual figure you receive from us should be damaged. That's not the experience we want you to have and it's not something that you should have to accept. If you haven't already, please reach out to us. Send us a picture of the damaged figure along with your order number and we will make sure you get what you actually paid for.

Hey Trevor, I'm so sorry to hear that you received a damaged figure. That's not the experience we want you to have and that's not the kind of figure that should be shipped out. I will make sure our customer service team reaches out to remedy this situation. This is not something you should have to accept. In the future, if you receive a damaged figure from us (which I hope never happens again), please, please, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.

Thank you for the review, but we are SCL Collectibles (not SCL Marketplace) and we DO ship internationally. If you like the Marketplace I'm sure you'll like SCL Collectibles as well and we'd be happy to ship to you.
