Emailed,whatsapped and had no response whatsoever..in urgent need and they have not got back to me..noway am I forking out that money if my questions are not being answered.very disappointed so will take my money elsewhere

Unresponsive. Sent messages over multiple days trying to get some questions answered about the product and usage. No messages ever got returned.

I have not experienced their products…
I have not experienced their products yet cause they never responded to me! And i am very disappointed cause I contacted them through phone call more than 10x couldn’t leave voicemail cause mailbox full and emailed them twice, send them messages through whatsapp 3x and finally my last call gave me chance to leave a voicemail one time and with all these communications i get zero response from them i was really disappointed frustrated the way they do their customer service! What went wrong? When i read they’re review i thought they have above and beyond customer service that they will guide and help they’re customers all throughout the time until they achieve they’re goals. But none of that are true! Its all a bluff deception.

We tried searching our emails, Whatsapp and messages to see if we could find correspondence from you so that we could get in touch but we were unable to find any communications from you. We did have an emergency situation we were dealing with around the time that you seem to be referring to so we are very sorry that you had to experience this issue with customer service. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for each and every customer so it is unfortunate that you caught us at a bad time.
