Signed up for a trail and ended up no using but manly because of the spam I get from them, but now I can even get off there spam list, as they dont have an unsubscribe and every email that I send is ignored, but then I sent an email to sign up to there platform and they reply stragith away so, now I know the emails is monitor but still not luck with getting off the mailing list, if you treat people like this how are you going to treat them as a customer

Hi, Just to clarify what happened here. To unsubscribe an account from our emails, the request needs to come from the same email address that was used to register on Schedly.ai. We previously received an unsubscribe request from a different email address which was not subscribed or registered on our platform, so there was no subscription associated with that address for us to remove. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot unsubscribe or make changes to another account based on a request coming from an unrelated email address. You later contacted us from the email address actually registered on the platform regarding signing up, and we replied to that message. If the unsubscribe request had been sent from that same registered email address, we could have handled it immediately. There was no intention to ignore your request or force you to receive emails. Please send the unsubscribe request from the email address registered with your Schedly.ai account and we will remove it from marketing communications.
