I ordered on ScentGrade based on a few instagram content creators recommendations. The fragrance was on back order and I reached out with questions. The customer service team was a delight to work with, they ensured I was aware of where the order sat in the process and answered any question I had. I received the fragrance very will packaged along with a number of Niche samples. What a great experience, I will definitely be buying with them again!

Very fast shipping, packaging was perfect. This was my first experience with them and they didn’t disappoint. I received a ton of samples to try which is really rare… 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
