I truly LOVE this small company! There's over a hundred different scents to choose from. All non toxic. I've tried probably 10 and only really disliked one, which they happily replaced quickly. I keep the rosemary mint in my bedroom. And I've recently decided patchouli spa is the scent for the rest of the house. The kitchen has the blue lava (which is a sweet citrus scent). I wish it were a little stronger. But as a candle maker (that also uses clean scents) i know how hard it is to get a good throw on a clean citrus scent. Love them so much. I'm truly a forever customer. I hope one of these days they come out with a subscription that saves money for regulars! ♡

Scent fill is a worthless product. As a first time customer, I was shocked there there was absolutely no scent that comes out into the room with it plugged in. The only way I could smell the fragrance at all was to stand 1/2 inch above the product. Customer service is as bad as the product. They took 4 days to respond to my email and never returned my call. Basically, I lost money, time, and energy by trusting that this company was honest in their marketing and advertising. It is one of the worst products that I have ever purchased. It simply doesn't work.

I gave them one star because they actually had a couple of fragrances that I enjoyed. Other than that, I would have rated them negatively if I could have. Everything started off good but quickly went south!!!! After numerous calls and emails to customer service, I got nowhere!!!!! Their customer service is a joke!!!!! They cannot even return an email!!!! I had to contact them multiple times before I even got a response. These guys are great if you don't mind paying full price and only receiving about 3/4 of what you thought you would get. ALL of the scents that I ordered stopped diffusing when there was STILL 1/4 - 1/2 in. of liquid remaining in the glass container and they are trying to tell me that that is normal!!!! Well, I did not pay for an almost full bottle, I paid for a full bottle!!!!!! In essence, I got taken advantage of on every single bottle and they refuse to do anything to rectify the situation!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I found this company while looking for a safer alternative for another air freshener brand I had been using for many years. Scentfill has natural products of all different kinds of scents and so far I have purchased about 6 . All smell wonderful and with the adjustable diffuser I can have more or less scent when I want. The website is easy to use, shipping was superfast. Products are packaged very good. I am very happy with their products and will continue to buy from them!
