I sent back an item almost two weeks ago. My refund hasn’t been initiated. Nobody has emailed me back. Is this a scam…

I accidentally ordered the same product twice (2 separate purchases) but they were PRESALE so they weren’t even ready to be shipped. I emailed them to ask them to cancel. No response after a week. I called and asked the agent if anyone actually replies to people and she said she DIDN’T KNOW. She said she would take a message for me because they outsource their customer service. A week later, no response and I ended up getting the second product that I wanted to cancel. I emailed and called again to ask if I can return it and she said she could take a message for me. I asked the agent if the company was even legit at this point and she said she DIDN’T KNOW, different agent too. I asked if they have a direct line to customer service or some kind of contact person I can talk to. Nope. They don’t have that info. THE AGENTS OF THE COMPANY DO NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFO??? I am seriously angry about this.

My order got cancelled for unknown reason and I sent couple of emails to inquire about the status of my order before cancellation but no one ever responded to my emails or tickets.

This company (Scent Beauty) acts as a distributor for other smaller businesses. I Received confirmation that they got my order, but No notice that it had ever been shipped. I called twice to find out where the product was. They use a third-party answering service that said that they Would give them a message. I Never received a call back from anyone and never received the product. Had to call the individual small business in order to let them know that the product was never received.

The perfumes smell terrible and you can’t return once it’s open.

UPS showed the package delivered but it was not delivered to me. We were home at the time the delivery was reportedly made. No package, have checked with neighbors. Nothing.

It charged me for 2 when I only brought one I would like to send one back and get my Money back for one

I was trying to find a lip color closest to Plum Rose from the Carmindy Sally Hansen Naturals line, which has been discontinued. After consulting with Scent Beauty, I purchased two which are both much warmer in color than Plum Rose and not good on me. No returns or refunds.
