Renat I.
Wrong product and no refund
I ordered 3 jars of jam weighing 410g each, but they sent me 3 jars weighing only 190g each. That means I received less than half of the product I actually paid for. When I contacted them to request a refund for the missing weight, they ignored me and kept my money. Their website claims "Easy returns and exchanges," but this is a complete lie. They will not honor their own policies. Do not trust this store – check your packages carefully if you decide to order here.
