Oh Man, I bought the starscope because I believed in the money-back quality guarantee. I tried to return the product within the return window. The service number didn't work. I emailed support 4 times and still no answer. This company really stinks. Now I'm frustrated and have a product that I don't need.

Took an extra £48 out of PayPal & 2 months on haven’t received my scopes or a tracking number or an email !!!! so opened case with PayPal to get all money back. Never deal again

These people are scammers. They don't respond to inquiries and deliver after being told to cancel the order.The instructions tell me to scan the card into my phone. I don't trust them with info in my phone and will not use the worthless three cards they sent me. E M Mutchler
