You can decide if you want a full refund, shopping credits to your account, or to exchange for a new size and Savvi will automatically send you the size you want with just a click of a button. You receive an email with a return label AND can place your package right in your mailbox. I was honestly super impressed at how simple it was. The smaller joggers are a perfect fit and came back to me within a week.
