A turning point of our email campaign
Working with Savio for over a year has been a genuine turning point for our email marketing. Before bringing them on board, we were stuck in a rut: Underwhelming visuals: Our graphics were overly basic and rarely inspired customers to click. Creative fatigue: We constantly ran out of promotional ideas and relied on the same tired concepts on repeat. Overlooked automations: We focused solely on weekly or bi-weekly blasts, missing key customer journey flows. Savio completely transformed our strategy and execution: High-impact design: For the first time in 15 years, we have vivid, creative graphics that genuinely capture attention and drive engagement. Robust, automated flows: They rebuilt our automated email flows from the ground up to handle edge cases. They run reliably on autopilot while the team periodically audits and optimizes them. Proactive planning: Instead of scrambling to launch promotions a day or two in advance, campaigns are now mapped out a full month ahead. This operational structure keeps our shipping and customer support teams aligned with zero last-minute surprises. Flawless communication: Working with our dedicated account manager and designer has been fast, responsive, and completely seamless. If your team is struggling to scale email revenue or keep campaigns organized, Savio is well worth the investment.
