I ordered a rechargeable flashlight charger. The price was reasonable and delivery was faster than the competition. Searching the site for the correct model seemed straight forward. All the letters and numbers for the Stanley model i needed were in the product listing. The model I received was too small. Their customer service told me I ordered the wrong item but could return for a refund but would be charged a restocking fee. The freight cost alone would be more than the cost of the product. if I pay a restocking fee I lose money on the transaction. The web site should at least make clear that the extra letter on some models listed is essential to getting the correct item. I have seen on many sites where you see extra letters at the end of a listing that do not look like they change the product. The image looked correct and did not look like the model I received. I will keep the unusable charger and shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service and policies.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. They sent me the totally wrong charger and blamed me for it. Then said that I’d have to pay for them to send the right one. They were trying to gaslight me the whole time. I even sent them pictures from their own website showing I ordered what I wanted and that THEY sent the wrong part. They did not make it right.

I ordered a product,paid 57 euro by paypal and never received the product. Email just rejects or fails to send to them. I cannot understand why they are still operating this scam

I ordered an adaptor for my digital piano. I matched the make and model. I received it and it did not fit the piano plug. I emailed customer service several times to return. I never got a response. They are a terrible company. They are getting away with ripping off people and sending incorrect products.

I ask thru an email to get my full refund back and they only want to give me the cost of the adapter and not shipping. They don't understand that I had to pay shipping again to send it back. The adapter they sent me didn't work at all. I just want my full refund with shipping included. I shouldn't have to pay shipping twice. It takes them weeks to get back to you with some kind of answer. I have emailed them over 15 times and with only 2 answers back to me.

1 star means zero stars!! I received a different charger than they advertised in the picture. went back to the item and apparently...under the listing they cover themselves on their website by saying that the thing may not actually look like the one in the pic but may be generic off brand? Even so,, they didn't send me even one with the same Input voltage or plugin, so it's absolutely useless. I am not happy with them at all, and there is no number to easily be found. Being shady shady means your a greedy cheatie.🤥

I ordered 4 power supplies from savingsology.com. I only received two. The items did not work as described and I sent them back. Before I sent them back I request a shipping label. I purchased a replacement adapter for my CPAP machine. It did not work. The company return policy requires permission to return products, within a few days of receipt. I sent all the information, photos, etc. but never received the information necessary to return the product. I would not trust this company.
