i can sincerely say that my experience with SOS has been a 7 star long term relationship. I was SHOCKED to see the 1 star. Never expected anything less than a 4 star. Maybe it is just the TRUMP EFFECT on the economy, not sure. :-] I have been ordering from SOS for about 10 years. I should have stock in this company!!!. They always sell samples which I think is awesome. I do not like ALL OF THEIR products. Who does?! But I have NEVER experienced poorly made, cheaply made product. Any missed packed they would send me would be either tracked down, or resent. I do not work for them, but man that is a real bummer for those who has those extremely rare experiences. Its a new year, try again.

I have been using SOS as my main supplier for years. They have a great selection and superior customer service. Any rare issues I have had, they worked hard to fix it ASAP.
