SOS provides a large variety of interesting fragrances, and their shipping discounts are great. They may not be as lightning fast in delivery as other fragrance manufacturers, but their customer service is always quick to respond when I have questions. We're happy with SOS.

The quality of the Barack Oil was of good potency. My spouse loves the fragrance. Delivery of my order was prompt. I will definitely reorder.

I find it easy to place an order but difficult to figure out how long it will take to receive my order. The information on the website is confusing when it comes to delivery options. The products are good and I'm usually pleased with what I receive. I especially like that Save on Scents gives a choice of samples that I can choose to receive with my order.

Website is....very cluttered but overall easy to order, you ship to Canada. Im only dissapointed in the FO. Gunpowder is not very realistic and sadly the army vet I bought the FO for, will know. If I have an unusual FO I need, Ill buy from Save On Scent but not regular stock.

I can usually find the products I need and they are shipped to me in a timely manner.

1000’s of scents available and much more. Shipping is quite expensive but ships in a decent amount of time.

Thank you for your review and feedback! Unfortunately, we have noticed an uptick in shipping prices over the last couple of years from all of the major carriers. We do add a small handling fee per shipment to cover our 100% recyclable packing material costs, but the rates are otherwise fed directly from Federal Express and USPS. We also offer free shipping for non-bulk orders with a sub-total above $100 shipping domestically. If there is an opportunity to reduce shipping costs at any time in the future, we will most certainly take advantage and pass along any savings to our customers. Thank you again! I love this site....but... I order from her often for my business. I have one issue. The last few times I ordered rush shipment and paid for rush shipment I did not receive that service. This is an issue for me.
Response from Save On ScentsOct 24, 2018
Thank you for your feedback Teliah! We very much appreciate your business. I looked into the most recent rush order to see where we went wrong, and it appears that it was delayed due to our closure for the recent holiday. We certainly should have done a better job of communicating any potential delays. I will go ahead and credit your account the rush processing fee that normally allows your orders to skip to the head of the production line in order to ship same day. I will also include a credit that can be put towards a future rush order. Your communication about this issue will allow us to do better going forward. Thank you again! Elliott @ Save On Scents

I have always been treated well by Save On Scents. However, I ordered a very large supply so I haven't ordered in quite a while. When I ordered the Blue Nile, they sent a clear oil as opposed to the BLUE oil and I had to pay to ship it back for an exchange.
Response from Save On ScentsOct 24, 2018
Thank you very much for your review! I am very sorry for any confusion regarding the coloring of Blue Nile. Several years ago we stopped coloring all oils and updated notes within the descriptions of the previously colored oils to reflect this fact. Should you want the old coloring that we previously offered we request that you ask for the colored version in the comments of the checkout process. We will then color the batch at no additional charge. Going forward, please feel free to make this request. This change was made to allow customers who have clear products to control the final coloring of their finished product. Thanks again! Elliott @ Save On Scents
