I am pretty much satisfied as the incense I ordered is awesome. One problem I have had some sticks that stuck together. If you take them apart they do not burn. I have to break the extra sticks off and burn a double or triple stick. Just a bit if a PITA

overall it was a good experience. Shipping took longer than expected and there were a couple FOs that we're not what they should have been.

I am happy with the service. The fragrances were delivered in time. I ordered standard strength from the designer’s collection. I am very happy with the selection. Haven’t used them yet. Plan to use it in cold processed soap. If they perform well, I would order again.
