All has been swell with what I have aquired and communication with staff has been good. THE LAST 1000 RAW STICK INCENSE I GOT HAD NO UNIFORMITEY 35 % of the punks won't stay lit due to inconsistencies. If the sticks wer better 4.5 I would give

I am sorry to hear of this issue with your sticks. Unfortunately, we find that many times these sticks are banged around in transit, and this then has an effect on the uniformity of some sticks. Beyond that, these sticks are a natural product, and there is some natural tolerance in the manufacturing process. If you ever run into issues with an order, please feel free to reach out to us. A good source for hard to find fragrances.
I started making candles a little over 2 years ago and to date have made over 5000 8 oz jar candles. I do extensive testing to insure a quality product. My experience with Save on Scents has generally been OK. I do find their web site cumbersome and confusing to navigate. The print is very small and I have to look really hard to find the sections I am looking for. The prices are also high, in my opinion. I cannot get the same strength candles for the same price, SoS candles are the most expensive I make. That being said, they do have fragrances I cannot find anywhere else. True Rain is my favorite example. So many rain fragrance are very floral and don't have that musty damp smell (Petrichor) that happens when it first starts to rain. This fragrance is great. I'll be trying some other OUD fragrances, and the Baby Diaper makes a great gag gift for Baby Showers. I'll keep on shopping with SoS for my unusual, hard to find fragrances.

I’ve been purchasing from this company for a couple of years. In times past I’ve received exactly what I’ve ordered; unfortunately, my past two orders have not been at the concentrated levels as times past. The first time it happened, they kindly contacted me and sent another. When my last order wasn’t at the concentrated levels, I was again disappointed. Just didn’t want to go through taking off time from work to go to the post office again. Their products are good if they ship exactly what you ordered.

The Essential Oils I purchased were…
The Essential Oils I purchased were Lavender, Tee Tree and Peppermint. The Lavender scent did not stay in my soap even when I added the essential oil after the 160 degree mark. So I am using them in product without any heat... I will do the same with the other scents I purchased.

I am sorry to say that some natural products may not blend with every product formulation. Even some synthetics fragrances may not fully blend in every case. Most times they do behave well, though, so you might consider testing with Lavender Classic or Lavender Supreme, which are both synthetic fragrance oils. We highly recommend testing in small batches before proceeding with a large production batch. It can be very frustrating to have a whole batch of product ruined by a material that does not mix well with the rest of the formulation. I will happily send along a free sample of these two oils if you would like to reach out to us and mention this response.

Through the years I have experienced a few problems with the scent dups not even being close to the original. I've been disappointed a few times because I had to discard them and considered this experience to be a waste of my hard-earned money.
One of the scents which was almost right-on to the original brought in good sales, however, SOS made the FO only available in large quantities which was not worth the investment.

I am very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with some of our fragrance interpretations. While we strive to provide a very accurate likeness of each and every designer fragrance interpretation that we provide, there can be a number of factors at play that will determine just how close these interpretations can be to the original target. Frequently, designers will alter their formulas from year to year without informing the general public, so a customer of ours might feel that our interpretation differs from the scent notes they might be used to smelling, and that customer may be completely correct. Our perfumer will likely have been interesting from a different version of the perfume or cologne in question. Other times, in the case of a vintage or discontinued designer perfume, certain materials that used to be commonly used in perfumery (ie certain nitro musks, or even animal derived ingredients) are no longer available for use, or we choose not to use them for ethical purposes. In this case we will do our best to create a safe synthetic relocation of the material, but it’s does not always replicate these very unique notes. Luckily these situations are a relatively rare, and we are proud to offer a wide variety of interpretations and original fragrances. We also completely understand your concerns about feeling as though you have wasted your resources when an oil that you purchase for the first time is not suitable for your needs. In an effort to give our customers the best opportunity to sample our fragrances for the lowest price possible, we offer our Sniffie Sampler Packs at a low cost as well as cover the expense of shipping them. These packs allow you to try out 5 vials of your choosing, before committing to larger volumes of fragrance. Regarding the oil that you very much liked and was only made available in a higher volume, we can also understand your frustration. We refer to these oils as “Pipeline fragrances”, as the formula remains in our pipeline at a higher minimum ordering volume. In these rare instances, chances are that we must purchase a minimum volume of at least one of the raw materials that make up the fragrance formula. Making a minimum batch size available for formulation allows us to continue offering these rarer fragrances to our customers while not having to bring in more raw material than we will likely use before it expires or degrades.
