Never recieved my order
Never recieved my order. Paid thru pay pal, the funds came out of my account. 3 wks later no scent.. emailed company to 2 diff emails. No response. Set up a claim thru paypal ... no success. so I've wasted $32 on nothing. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

Hello Jessica, I am very sorry to hear of the difficulty with your order. I am also sorry to say that I cannot find any correspondence in our email history regarding the issue of your missing order. We make it a practice to respond to each and every email, especially where a potential missing order is concerned. We do see that a paypal claim was filed, but PayPal automatically closed it out because the USPS tracking information shows that the shipment was “Delivered In Mailbox”. Please feel free to give us a phone call at the number listed on the top and bottom of our website should you ever have an order issue. We can handle the issue right away, and even if the carrier claims to have delivered a shipment, we will always reship an order to be sure that our customers are satisfied.
