Would give zero if I could. Suppose to have a vip .manager called VERA she reels you in with bonus ect cash back. So you deposit and lose they like that then you win Vera is nicey nicey saying she will authorise your withdrawal and you usually get it same day just little bits that's how they wind you in. Then I win £4100 its been 38 days and they won't pay out my winnings VERA ignores my emails live chat say we're busy or extra checks ect rubbish lies. I now have a solicitor dealing with this luckily my sister is a solicitor Iv also reported them to the gambling commission there licence looks very false gambling commission looking into it too. Please avoid They also have savannawins1 2 and 3. Please don't get pulled in an robbed like I did they like to target uk players on gamban now all my savings have gone an they won't even pay out my £4000
