There is much to be said about this group, and I appreciate Josiah Matthews. He is a gentleman and truly a scholar. The psychology and philosophy he has behind sales and the way he's able to bring that out in any vertical is astounding. What's most transformative is that I, as an individual, have had to come to terms with my own gaps, flaws, and idiosyncrasies that keep me from being the best version of myself. This is not just about you becoming a great closer; this is about you transforming for yourself and then others. If you can't change, don't show up. If you can't be someone who's open to criticisms that drive you, don't show up. If you can't close yourself, don't show up. This is not for the faint of heart or the weak. This is for someone and for those who are hungry and driven to become more than what they have been. I love this group and I will protect it. This review came with a price of growth, and I was willing to pay the cost. Are you?

Great experience. Helped me break into high ticket sales and helped me take my process from a 3 call sale to 30min 1 call closes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working with Josiah over the past couple of months has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made in my sales career. I’ve invested in five-figure sales programs before, and while those were helpful in getting my start in high-ticket sales, having Josiah as an actual coach guiding me through the process has been a completely different experience. The level of value he provides is genuinely far beyond what he charges. In this space, what he asks for is honestly a fraction of what his coaching is worth. What stands out most is how deeply he cares about the people he’s coaching and the prospects we’re serving. He doesn’t just teach scripts or “bro-style” sales tactics. Instead, he focuses on helping you truly understand how prospects think — the why behind the questions you ask, how to guide conversations with integrity, and how to detach from the outcome while staying aligned with the purpose of genuinely helping the person on the other side of the call. Every time I’ve had a question whether it’s technical, skill-based, or around handling objections he’s always been incredibly thoughtful and detailed with his feedback. He helps you make the right tweaks to your process, both strategically and from a mindset perspective, which is just as important in this industry. As a female closer, I’ve also really appreciated that his approach isn’t overly aggressive or “bro heavy.” He teaches a balanced style of sales that blends both masculine leadership and feminine intuition. That balance has helped me feel more confident leading conversations with prospects while still staying authentic to who I am as a female closer. Another thing I value a lot is accessibility. Whether it’s a quick question in DMs, WhatsApp, or asking for feedback on something specific on 1:1, he consistently shows up and provides real guidance. It truly feels like having a coach in your corner who is invested in helping you grow and become elite at what you do. If you’re someone who wants to level up your sales skills, understand human psychology at a deeper level, refine your process, and become the best closer you can be this is absolutely the place to do it. I’m incredibly grateful for Josiah’s mentorship and the impact it’s already had on my career.

This guy is the real deal. He offers so much more wisdom than I could have ever bargained for. An entire goldmine of a brain. And a generous heart to accompany it. I was truly blessed the day that I stumbled on his instagram ad.

I had invested in over 5 figures worth of sales training in the past and when Josiah’s ad hit my feed I NEEDED to see more! Josiah doesn’t teach you what to say, he teaches you how to think and makes sure you understand the why behind everything you do. This has unlocked my ability to navigate any kind of prospect with ease because I know what I need to move the sale forward and not just prebuilt questions to ask the prospect. The support in the Elite and Collective programs are unlike anything I’ve ever seen because Josiah genuinely cares about getting you the results. He took me a 17 year old kid brand new to sales and turned me into a beast that’s closing over 60% on 5 figure deals. Sales isn’t scary to me anymore, it’s actually fun and it’s almost like a video game. Instead of worrying about what’s going to happen on the call I get excited because I know I have the skillset I need to help my prospects move forward and change their lives for the better. Josiah showed me that my job as a closer isn’t to just generate revenue but to help my prospect navigate an uncomfortable situation with confidence so that they can get the help they need. Me and Josiah set a goal for me to hit my first 70k/month in commissions while still attending high school as a full time student athlete and we are on track to do that! Sales is just numbers at the end of the day; I know that if I take 3 calls, 2 of them are going to close —> 10k package at 10% coms is $1,000 in my pocket and if I do that 2x per day everyday I’ll make 60k/month. It really is that simple. Thanks to Jackson (offer placement specialist) I should be on an offer that can work with my limited amount of time and get me to that 70k/month goal in the near future. I also want to give an honourable shoutout to my friends within the Saurelian community. The energy and vibe on the group calls is incredible we actually have fun! I’ve made so many friends since joining that are on the same path as me and it just helps so much. Having that network of people around you and being able to just hit them up saying “you down for a quick role play? I want to work on my objection handling” has sped up my growth tremendously because I can get my reps in whenever I need to. If you’re hesitating about joining the Saurelian Closer’s community, DONT! It is hands down the best investment I’ve ever made when it comes to sales training and I’m always looking to make more friends like you! The entire community is actually don’t be shy lol. Thank you Josiah and thank you to everyone inside of the community you guys have helped more than I ever imagined possible!!!

Genuine guy who wants to help you achieve your HTS numbers whilst making sure we are serving the customers first. Such a clear strategy and breakdown of a more conversational way of selling.
