Sauna Heater SupplyReviews of saunaheatersupply.com

Wonderful experience and they offer a great customer service

The purchase experience and consultation was world class. Very responsive and friendly (especially since my outreach came on a sunday!).

I called in and spoke with James. He was great! He answered all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I made my purchase with confidence and with ease. I’ll definitely be calling him back with anything else I may need for my sauna in the future.

So helpful, knowledgeable & unbiased! I am definitely a skeptical, squeaky wheel & James went above and beyond not only to help out finding me the right heater, but gave his take on supplemental info (vent placement, material, etc). These guys know what they're talking about (from working w/ 1000's of customers), and really take their job seriously helping customers find what they're looking for. If anyone else I know needs sauna equipment, I'll be advocating for these guys forever. Thanks again!

Very easy and transparent communication with sales, great pricing and overall experience.

James helped me and my partner find the right stove for our sauna project. He really helped explain what we needed to get and talked us through all the options. We decided on the Narvi Inari and can’t wait to receive it! Thanks James! We will be sure in touch with any question and we will send a picture once we’ve finished out build!

I just ordered my new Sauna from Sauna Heater Supply. They made the process of ordering it very easy. They were patient with our dozens of questions and concerns. We are excited to get it and start using it. I will write another update when we receive it and start using it.

Great customer service, very helpful choosing which sauna heater to purchase
