I was very pleased with the service. I ordered a saunalife cl5g with 7.5kw humus drop heater from them March 1. Initially I was worried as it was not listed as authorized dealer. However communication was good as they would answer any questions I had within 24 hrs during the week. And they were happy with to have a phone call. They were willing to tell the company to hold the sauna till March 16 before shipping and then the courier they used was really responsive in coordinating and day and time for the delivery with me. It arrived about two weeks ago. This was to San Diego. I build a base - which I did before arrival- build the sauna as it is a kit - and then have an electrician do the electrical and is now completed on April 15. Wish I could upload pictures as it is gorgeous.
