I called Healevations to confirm my order for the infrared portable sauna because I did not receive an email. The woman I spoke with said that because inventory had been disrupted by COVID, they didn't want to confirm until they knew that they could ship the order. Fortunately, it was available and within a week, I received it and have been using it regularly with great results.

Outstanding service!! They were on time. Very careful how they brought our sauna into the house and down the basement. We were also very impressed With David’s knowledge about our sauna. After the set up they cleaned up everything! We love our sauna! It is Beautiful!!
