SatmaximumReviews of satmaximum.com

I've had good experiences ordering cables from this company. I appreciate the fast, free shipping and the easy ordering process. They have a wide variety, not just what you'd find at Walmart. However, do note that as of this review, this company has three 5-star reviews and three 1-star reviews, and according to the bonkers Trustpilot math, that sonehow averages out to 4.2. I won't go into all that's deeply wrong with Trustpilot -- unfortunately, it's what we're stuck with -- but SatMaximum has been handy for me as an alternative to ordering from Amazon and others. (B&H, my favorite online vendor, does sell some of their cables as well -- a good indicator that they can be trusted.)

Great value for the price! I'm not a professional installer, but I had no issues using this 1000ft box. The cable pulled smoothly without tangling, and I completed all my LAN runs in one weekend. The inner conductors and structure feel well-made and help prevent the cable from collapsing. The outer jacket is durable enough for pulling through drop ceilings and masonry, although it can stretch if pulled too hard. It was also easy to terminate. I've only used it in Gigabit Ethernet setups so far, but it may handle 10GbE on shorter runs as advertised. Overall, it's an excellent, affordable choice for home or small business projects. I'll definitely buy it again for my next project.

Before I place the order I ask them how long will take to receive a alarm wire? They said If you order within 15 minutes you will receive in one day. I did ordered and after six days the package was delivered some where in "mail room". I call them and ask for refund, they said package was delivered to your door. Thanks to that photo which is not matching to my front door. I hope they refund without any problem. But this is my last business with them. They lied to me on the phone.

The website plainly states free shipping and free returns. The product we ordered did not work. Only when we called did we find out we have to pay for shipping back and then only will receive a partial refund. Very poor customer service. Next time, we'll buy from Amazon or another source. Never again with this company.

Works really well for the installation for a projector. Love that it's so long..50ft..perfect for what we needed it for. Great picture quality.

Great. Thanks a lot. I like this seller. Trusted. Exact product. Fast shipping.

Item arrived broke. Seller would not replace item with a new item. Seller wanted to glue a waterproof item and call it fixed. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again. I suggest you buy elsewhere for your Satellite needs. If you want good customer service and non broken products order from Sadoun Satellite. They have excellent customer service, prices, and products. Much better than these losers.
