Fake Credentials, Hidden Contracts, and Zero Refunds: Avoid This Online Trap
Before dropping thousands of dollars on Sarah Zula’s platforms, consumers need to be fully aware of the highly predatory legal traps hidden beneath the buy button on her websites across a fluid variety of short lived scams. The entire operation relies on misleading marketing and unverifiable backgrounds. Her co-host, an individual using the pseudonym Tim Tactical, publicly claims on the Gaia network to be a former high ranking covert operator for the German government who handled advanced alien technology and conducted over one hundred face to face meetings and interrogations with horrific looking extra terrestrial creatures. Yet, when challenged live on a public broadcast to name a single accredited academic institution or degree, the hosts completely panicked. They immediately deleted comments, mass banned foreign languages from the chat to suppress scrutiny (Tim Tactical claimed a fake degree in High Mandarin, then banned everyone testing his lie until people began typing in Chinese to exploit it), and shut down their stream an hour early to protect their sales funnel. Sarah Zula's real identity is Sarah Cirigliano, a former business major from New Jersey. Her entire corporate framework relies on an unvarying, highly sophisticated contract trap hidden inside a tiny, compressed scrolling text box on her checkout pages across all her different websites. If you copy, paste, and unfurl the fine print, it reveals massive financial and legal risks. First, the entire suite of programs operates under a comprehensive entertainment loophole. While they market these courses as advanced subconscious mind science and reality manipulation, the fine print explicitly admits the material is strictly for entertainment purposes only. This loophole protects them from fraud lawsuits when victims realize the content is completely fabricated fiction. Second, the contract uses weaponized health exclusions. The terms explicitly ban individuals experiencing neurological symptoms. They aggressively target vulnerable, emotionally desperate, and traumatized people on social media, but use this clause to abruptly kick consumers out without a refund by claiming they violated health prerequisites. Third, there are severe forced debt liabilities wrapped into their installment plans. If you choose the twelve month installment plan, you pay hundreds of dollars extra in hidden interest penalties. Furthermore, the terms state that Sarah Zula LLC can terminate your access at her sole discretion for being difficult or asking about credentials, while legally forcing you to remain obligated to pay off the entire remaining yearly balance.Fourth, they enforce an absolute refund denial. The contract forces buyers to waive all credit card chargeback rights and declares all sales are final, ensuring that regardless of the rotating product name, the consumer's money is completely unrecoverable once the deception is realized. This operation systematically targets middle aged and elderly individuals using high pressure sales scripts disguised as spiritual advancement. They utilize lavish lifestyles, high budget editing, and fake names to evade regulatory oversight and extract thousands from desperate people across a fluid variety of short lived scams. A formal fraud report has already been filed with the Federal Trade Commission and other consumer protection entities around the world.
