I am not one of those women that can match foundation shades to my face without an expert telling me what to use. Sarah Creal's customer support team rivals the in person support at big box stores. There's no up-selling to navigate. There's no persuasive language to match you with a foundation type that doesn't fit your face or your style. It's simply: here are our products, here are the shades that match you, let us know if this doesn't work and we'll make it right. It's what I remember customer service to be when I was growing up in the 80s. Additionally, this formula does not irritate my skin or my eyes. This brand and the team supporting the brand is a 10/10!
