Don’t buy anything from these crooks. I bought a camper from them! I was told the chassis was solid, that it had been undersealed, that there was no rust on it, that was a lie, it’s completely rotten. They told me the engine was solid, that it had been serviced and that it was low mileage, that was a lie. They told me the floor was solid in the back, that was a lie. Sanuki corporation are a bunch of crooks and scammers, they have £12000 of my money, and I have a motorhome that is fit for scrap I’ve contacted them several times but they ignore my messages, they won’t reply, I’ve tried phoning them with no answer

This company has a wide selection of both new and used cars and can help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Caution with This Website I had a horrible experience with this website while attempting to purchase a vehicle from a Japanese auction for export. I paid a prepayment of approximately 1.5 million JPY and subsequently experienced significant delays, inconsistent communication, and a lack of clear information regarding the status of the vehicle purchase. Over a period of several months, I received multiple explanations for the delays, which made it difficult to understand what was actually happening. As a result, I spent considerable time and effort pursuing updates and seeking a resolution. To their credit, I have now received a refund of the funds paid. However, the process took half a year and resulted in substantial inconvenience, stress, and additional legal fees and forex loses on my part. While others may have different experiences, I would advise to exercise caution or keep away.

Yesterday 08/06/2025 I found their advert on fb with one car is clicked on a Honda accord 2007 silver in colour and at the end was ASK FOR PRICE. And I thought let me ask ..Today 09/06/2025, I received a WhatsApp message with his name (sorry I deleted the whole conversation so I forgot his name); anyway I enquired on its price ($3,400 FOB he mentioned), & mileage (94,000kms), and whether it's got a service history to prove the same. Meanwhile he responded rudely if you don't trust you can buy from other company.. but if the vehicle was sold which i only noticed a bit later, I told that it is pointless to even talk about it. I have cut off much of my conversation with him here....but I later, in a few hours, found out that it was the same car i bought on another site (much cheaper than what was on their site), and it was in January 2023. What's happening SANUKI CORPORATION? YES YES I can prove it i have all the paperwork including the same photos of the car.

First I wrote a good review when I received the truck, but I am very disappointed. The outside body of the truck was nice and looked good but they don't inform you about the inside part and also they does not show the chassis. When I looked at the chassis and noticed the amount of rust I noticed a crack and contacted the seller but no response. I repaired it myself, but afterwards there came another crack due to the amount of rust and contacted the seller again as this crack caused my business to stop causing daily loss. The response from the seller was that vehicle was good when sold and thats it no further response from the seller. I have pictures that proves aforementioned. This is a type of scam and I do not trust to buy neither advise other person to buy from them.

This is a fraudulent bait-and-switch organization that lures you in with a promise of a car they don't have, then take your money and...no car and no money! The only remedy is to report them to Tokyo and Ibaraki police as well as hire an aggressive lawyer, which we're in the middle of doing. For half a year they've been incessantly lying to us, making up excuses, one after another, while the yen was devaluing. STEER CLEAR AND BEWARE!
