I need to return shoes but the only UPS big package dropoff for miles around closed. Hubbard refused to provide a shipping label I can use at the post office. They refused to arrange a UPS pickup at my apt. building. I'm a 77 yr. old veteran & cancer survivor who can't drive far. As a slap in the face they said, thanks for your service we appreciate you. This from a multimillion dollar co. who won't help me at next to no cost to them.
