Absolutely cannot recommend. We reserved units in the Samana South Haven project, paid our EOI deposits, and then the units we had reserved and had confirmed in writing were sold to other buyers. We asked for our EOI back immediately. It has now been over a week and more than 10 reminders, and the money still has not been returned — no refund, no clear date, no explanation. Selling a client's reserved units to someone else is bad enough. Keeping their deposit afterwards, through more than ten follow-ups, tells you everything about how this company treats buyers. Do not transfer anything to Samana without the reservation and the refund terms in writing.
