I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s time sensitive for me, I’ve been waiting but the website tracking doesn’t tell me anything about my package, I can’t track my order via any other websites, I never got a confirmation email, I can’t get ahold of them because they don’t respond to email and their phone line is doesn’t work, I just want to be able know when it’s going to arrive since I paid for faster shipping if they do respond my order number is 19245

The product wasn’t good. It was very weak. I purchased a combo pack. I tried them all, as did a few of my friends. Where I use to live salvia was available at head shops. The 10x from those headships were a nice trip so i had hopes that 40x and 60x would be amazing. I went on Reddit to see who else ships to my area and found a whole Reddit forum on how salvia hut use to have great products. They all agree that the last 9 months or so that the product hasn’t been very good. I plan on waiting a few more months and trying again because all the Reddit-ers agreed that when your product is amazing that they just think you got a bad batch.

I ordered from them and paid the extra $10 for two day shipping, on a 165$ order, they took A WEEK to get it to usps, and now its been lost in the mail (which is not their fault) for several more weeks. meanwhile i ordered from salviadragon and shipment was here in less than a week so.

Ordered 2 day shipping and it's been processing for 3 days. Based off of the other comments, I'm expecting this to sit for up to 3 weeks. Horrible communication; I emailed their customer support and no response, and also their phone line is disconnected.

Hello Lillian, and thank you for your order with us. I am very sorry about the mix up, but we sell the salvia extract. We do not sell the plants at all. The salvia d is extracted and put in a considerate form, then it is sprayed on crushed salvia leaves. We do that to manage the "strength", such as 10x, 20x, etc. We have normal salvia leaves in stock and will be adding them to the site soon. Can you let me know what you are looking for, and then I can look into this further. Again we are sorry for any hassle or mix up. You may return the order for a full refund FYI.

I wanted to try salvia for the first time so I ordered the combo pack 2 that comes with a gram of 20x, 40x, and 60x. The 20x did nothing so after 30 minutes I jumped to the 60x. I has such a mild response. Sounds were lightly distorted for maybe 2 minutes. Not at all what I was planning on. I do not have a tolerance, this product is just extremely weak. I’m very disappointed.

Hello Raquel, I am very sorry you had a mild experience. It is important to heat the salvia to up a high temp for the salvianoids to react. If you still have some left I suggest using a little torch with a water pipe. But I am sorry you had a bad experience and we will provide you will a full refund.
