Salus HealthReviews of salushealth.io

Efficient and personalized onboarding experience. People making contact had stake in the company ensuring a positive value from online sales. My functional coach was also highly intuitive, responsive, and resourceful. She provided excellent feedback and direction. I made quick progress towards identified goals!! Recommend!

I just want to thank everyone at Salus, the support and unbiased teaching really made this a great program for me because it caused me to take a hard look at my way of living and my emotional stress. Stacy is great and a very hard worker. She really cares about her clients.

Thank you, Salus! I was very skeptical at first but I knew it was all worth it when I began my sessions with Stacy. I loved working with her one on one weekly. I look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend this program to anyone experiencing anxiety, Salus really helped me calm my heart. Thank you Salus and the whole team!!

Since joining Salus Health I have lost weight and I learned how to use stress relief techniques and other people in the group have been very encouraging to me. My name is Michelle

My research led me to Salus, After completing my first cycle, it was quickly noticeable I had made the right choice working with these care providers. The level of attention and resources the entire team at Salus health made available to me on my health journey, every team member had a level of expertise and care. For that I am incredibly grateful. The tools for nutrition and health coaching was incredibly valuable. If you can start small somewhere you can start with them.

This program came along a few months ago as I was searching for something to help me improve my health and reduce stress. Since it was heart-based, where many programs aren't...it got my attention. Everyone at Salus is very friendly and supportive. I've had a lot to deal with personally and have not been able to attend as many sessions as I would have liked. One on one health coaching sessions were very beneficial for many reasons: working through some of my many challenges; pointing out the small wins; alternatives to the movement sessions or in addition to; being accountable; the never-ending support. The Breathing and Mobility sessions were both relaxing and energizing - I've used some of the breathing to help stress and anxiety and they work! The neck and back stretches are always appreciated. I would have liked to attend more live sessions, but there's always the recordings to watch as I'm unable to make the live sessions every other week. Movement sessions weren't entirely doable for me due to some physical challenges, however, I've recently been able to attend a couple live sessions after trying a recording and have enjoyed without pain or fatigue. Modifications and a slower pace certainly help. The Nutrition session is in the middle of my workday, so I've watched a few recorded sessions. With my health issues, I'm very familiar with most of the topics, but I really appreciate the anti-inflammatory diet info today! The Mental Wellness sessions are very helpful. I've enjoyed the topics and discussions when I've been able to attend. This has been a positive experience for me overall. Trying to improve my health has been an uphill battle lately and I truly appreciate the support that this group has given me!

Since joining Salus, I have experienced a significant increase in self-confidence and a greater sense of personal accomplishment. My coaches have provided invaluable guidance, reminding me that I am in control of my own journey and that progress does not require rapid acceleration. I have also successfully reestablished an active routine at my own pace. My cardiophobia has subsided greatly during exercise and I've been slowly but surly adding things as I go idk where I would be had I not stepped on faith and made this investment in myself. THANKS SALUS TEAM

I've been with Salus for over 2 months now working on balance in my life. Addressing stress, unhealthy eating habits, stamina and exercising regularly. I've loved the whole program from the team to the other participants. We encourage each other every step of the way. I love to see my health, sleep, and mindset transformation over time. My body is healthier and I feel better overall. It takes time to get better and the positive environment allows you to do just that. I am looking and feeling so much better. Have not had chest pains in over a month. I see my health continuing to improve as I implement these lifestyle changes. Yay
