Such a bad lock system and the app is even worse even if i opt to save my information it forgets and i have to log in again. Furthermore the lock sometimes takes ages to process the RFID key and unlock making you wait outside in the freezing cold this could be worse in more sensitive situations also sometimes they just refuse and flash red promoting you to tag again all and all a bad user experience so stay away from them

This system was installed in our condo building in downtown Chicago. Compared to the previous system that served us well for 15 years, the Salto system is buggy and unreliable. Biggest problem is the poor quality of the door fobs. They are cheap plastic and the fall apart with repeated usage on a keychain.

Danalock: Hardware is relatively good, but their customer service and app is abysmal. Steer clear and purchase an alternative instead.

Vi har lige været i Nordborg resort, hvor der er salto adk til bolig og badeland og jeg ved ikke hvad. Det virker aller en skid. Armbånd virker ikke vi fik 3, og bøvlede hele tiden med det. I boligen drillede det, når man skulle ud af parkeringspladsen og åbne porten med armbånd drillede det, når man var i badeland og skulle låse et skab op virkede det heller ikke. Sikke noget bras.

What a terrible, terrible customer service! I have NEVER worked with a company this infuriating. They make it absolutely impossible to set up their systems. Their website and customer service support is totally misleading and I am constantly waiting days for any response. I am at my witts ends and will remove all our hardware, flog it on ebay and use an alternative.

After they force you to use Salto Space, there is so many bugs with the software and access to the system. There are better alternatives to Salto Space.
