Salt & Light Functional Health CoachingReviews of saltlighthealthcoaching.com

I started working with Brianna earlier this year and I am SO glad I reached out when I did. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s truly amazing — kind, compassionate, and deeply attentive to individual needs. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t take a one-size fits all approach. She tailors her advice to what works best for you, while bringing in her incredible knowledge in nutrition, exercise, and overall health and wellness. I was stuck doing the same thing for a long time and seeing no changes or improvements, I feel like what works the best are the small incremental changes that you make over time (and that you stick to). With her support and empowerment, I’ve been able to make some HUGE changes. Her guidance has been truly life-changing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and personalized approach to health and wellness.

Make no mistake Bri’s guidance has been eye opening for me and her coaching involves tips, education, motivation and a little psychology that is specific to my triggers and my autoimmune issues. My husband had mentioned and encouraged me to seek guidance from Bri years ago and I wish I would have done it a lot sooner. She’s been instrumental in helping me adjust my lifestyle and as I age understanding that my needs as a 50 something year old are vastly different than when I was 30. Thank you Bri and know that I recommend her without question - if anything follow her on social media and you’ll get a feel for her educational tilt, ideas and her energy.

Bri changes peoples lives!!! Bri is everything you want in a functional nutritional coach & so much more. She has a natural skill for connecting with people, recognizing their strengths & weaknesses and creating something specific to your nutritional goals. I have referred Bri to multiple different people and each person I have followed up with tells me about a vastly different approach, plan or strategy that she works with them on. The results are unbelievable. Bri helped me understand so many really helpful tips to making me understand healthy is not a choice, it’s a lifestyle. This is not a cookie-cutter plan, this is truly personalized, life-altering coaching that EVERYONE needs!! Bri is an amazing person & coach, I can’t recommend her enough!

I've been working on my physical health for my entire adult life, always finding another 'fitness' or 'dieting' rabbit hole that never really helped me make consistent progress or reach my goals. I've wanted to lose weight and have more energy for years, and felt stuck and burnt out. From the first time meeting with Bri that all changed because she was so approachable and so HUMAN. She listened to all of my concerns and didn't give me a formula for instant success, but rather challenged me to see that I have so many positives I wasn't focusing on that I can build upon to create a lasting healthy lifestyle. She helped me understand that I DESERVE to feel good, and gave me tips that work for me and are sustainable. I don't feel like I am giving anything up, but instead I am going back to the basics and doing more of what I truly enjoy: mindful movement, and nourishing my body. Bri was exactly what I needed at this time in my life and I am eternally grateful for her knowledge and support!!!
