Avoid them. - they were an option for a file feed service with bigcommerce with the tagline 'FREE FOREVER' on the basic package. - Two months later... well I guess sometimes 2 months can feel like forever, I am charged for a basic file feed service, guess it's not free anymore? - Three months later. Oh, you want to submit your feed elsewhere? More money! - Ah you spend more on google ads this month? MORE MONEY - Ah you spent less than $500 on google ads this month? WE WILL CHARGE YOU ANYWAY!!! - Oh you want to connect to Pinterest? Yes, sure... it takes a few weeks... and more money please. -What? Your pinterest feed isn't working? I don't know? It should be? - Oh you are still having problems 2 months later? Reset all your product ID's, delete and re-import your products. YOUR ORGANIC TRAFFIC?? NOOOO, SHOULD BE FINE - Well we can't get the extra feeds working... you must be doing something wrong. Well I left them, set up another file feed service and everything went through, was verified and working within 2 hours. I was shocked and thought, actually? I should leave a review. Never allow a third-party app to tell you to delete anything from your original pages, ID, URLs etc. as this will affect organic traffic. Thank god I didn't follow their instruction. -
