Shipping sucks! They don't communicate with their customer. It's like computerized because they send the same answers over and over. Their clothes aren't true to size even if u follow the chart. They email u in the wee he hours so u want respond immediately. I will never order from here again. They lied and told me my package was sent off a week later they still have it. Smh yea the clothes are affordable but trust me there not worth the headache.

I bought 2 dresses for my wife and they were not true to size. We tryed to exchange them and they said no. So then i simply wanted to return them and just take my money back and wash my hands of it and they still said no.! Then they had the audacity to offer me a $10 gift card so i could place a second order with them.??? I will be pressing this issue and if not resolved i will be taking further action.

Our team collecting these items from Amazon sellers & factories, and clear them to customers at a profit of 0. The products you have purchased are all clearance items. For these final sale items, SALEDRESS only responsible for the issue that we send the wrong items or broken items. In this case, we accept a refund or an exchange. If the customer just unwanted the items or placed the incorrect size or color, there are non-exchangeable and non-returnable of these discount items. I'd recommend you refer to the size chart carefully before your purchase to avoid such an issue. We think this is your first order, and don't want you down, so we wanted to give you a $10 gift card to buy the size you want.

I get emails and messages about everything but what I ask about. I haven't received several items and nor have I been contacted or refunded. My emails are getting ignored but somehow the company has the time to advertise to me and ask me for feed back. 2 items I ordered are untrackable yet Im being asked how I feel about recieving items I never recieved. Very poor service thus far.
