We replied to you multiple times explaining that you ordered one bottle plus a shipping insurance. That’s a total of 2 items. We really can’t make it any clearer, it also shows one bottle on your order email, that you replied to. I’m not sure what more can be done to further drive the point across. We also sent out 2 emails about the delay and if anyone wanted a refund we would happily oblige. I’m going to assume those emails about the delay must have gone to your spam folder if you did not see them either.

Hey just as you described we sent an email stating the item was out of stock and we can either refund you or you can wait the one week for it to ship out. I’m not sure where the miscommunication occurred. We’d like to help you out and make sure you get your order. What was the order number? We don’t have any order 8843. Please check it again. We shipped your item. It was lost in transit. You emailed us 5 times everyday. Which we replied to multiple times and even refunded you when the item still shows in transit. You may keep the bottle when it arrives.

We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately international shipping to Dubai takes 20-30 days. As listed on our website. You ordered feb 28 and it’s march 7. That is not enough time for delivery for international shipments. We are willing to refund you even though it is not our fault shipping takes long internationally to different parts of the world. Uk and Canada take 10-14 others may take 20-30.
