Order 100061917. Payment by PAYPAL and credit card I requested a REFUND since 4 months, The package is returned to supplier, (cause never arrived to destination) NO RESPONSE PLEASE RESPOND, and VALIDATE THE REFUND. By phone : Impossible to contact Safe Generic Pharmacy On the web site (with online chat) : they respond and ask to RESEND the package, IMPOSSIBLE to confirm the refund By emails to support and admin emails : NO RESPONSE IT IS NOT NORMAL. PLEASE HELP ME!

I spend $300 on very critical drugs, but they never send me the medication. After 5 emails and 3 months had passed, absolutely no reply. These people are unethical.

I have placed 2 previous orders and not had a problem BUT this 3rd order has been frustrating, i received a short supply I have been trying for 3 days to get a reply, or even an scknowledgment NOTHING I tried the live chat and made the mistake of saying it was about the short supply Immediatly the live chat went dead I dont know why for such a small sum they are creating such a bad reputation

I placed an order with them on July 31, paid $249 on August 1, and still have not received neither my order nor a refund. They do not respond to my inquiries either. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from them!
