Was able to contact via phone the SGP rep in the US, who confirmed the processing of the specific drug I wanted (Vidalista), which comes from India. I was told originally it would take 4 weeks, but I received exactly what I ordered (the best price on the web i could find btw), in 3 weeks! A very satisfied customer who will reorder when needed. I have had 4 successful orders with SGP so thought I owed them a positive review. My last order was made on 27/12/22 & received on 5/1/23 so a very happy customer. One of the orders I mistakenly left USA as the country on the address & it bounced around the US for a couple of days but still ended up at my address in UK. Always reliable delivery. This company ships your order within two business days. PayPal is accepted, so there are no worries about handing your CC number off to a third party. I've used this company over 6 years, and have been satisfied with the products. Shipping to the US does take 30 days or more, depending how long it is "lost" at the customs processing center. (Chicago customs can lose your package for quite some time!)

My package finally arrived. For some reason it took longer than usual to ship this, but customer service diligently acted upon it and I now have the product with me... I'm happy and do recommend it

This review is for the dot com website, not sure if there is a difference but they look identical. Good customer service, there was a massive delay in my order and they went out of their way to make things right. If your going to shop from sgp expect long wait times as it sits in Mumbai for a while, then it has to pass customs, so expect 3-4 week shipping times. Product is quality and a great place for those who might have lost health insurance due to the pandemic, but plan ahead seeing as there are long shipping times. I plan on shopping again with sgp.com
