I just rented my first student apartment with them in Paris and they made the process so smooth and easy! Definitely recommend.

The most unprofessional agencies I have ever dealt with. They are extremely responsive when it comes to taking your money, but once you have paid and actually need their help, suddenly getting a simple response becomes impossible. Messages ignored, calls unanswered, promises to get back to you that lead nowhere, and absolutely no sense of responsibility when there is a problem. I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic communication. I would never trust this agency again and would strongly advise anyone considering them to be extremely careful before paying them anything. Completely unacceptable customer service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I rented with them a flat in Brera, we had a great experience!

Company at least in Italy is total SCAM. Would use them for any rentals at all. They seem to have no real employees at all. Don't waste your time
