As a seller I am unable to control my shop as etsy have locked me out despite giving them all security as requested. They continually send out an automated response and never answer a question. There is no tel. contact either My shop is still live and customers are still trying to purchase items but I can't see any of this and my credibility is dropping right down ..ETSY give your sellers a decent customer service.

My experiences with Sacred Symbol Studios (via Etsy) have been nothing short of amazing! Each purchase has proven that true uber customer service does exist! Sacred Symbol Studios provides a thoughtful selection of Yoga & Meditation Jewelry, as well as Symbolic Statuettes. Each piece is accompanied by a detailed description of both the item and its purpose. The items I have purchased from this shop have all been high in quality, very reasonably priced and all arrived very quickly. The shop owner Grace has always messaged me regarding shipping status. She even sent my little girl a birthday gift! You read that right...all I did was mention that one of my purchases was for my daughter turning 9, and Grace took it upon herself to surprise me with a thoughtful gift for her. Now that's what I call above-and-beyond customer service! Not to mention the hand-written notes that accompany each purchase...a thoughtful touch, very rare these days.
