Sachi K FitnessReviews of sachikfitness.com

Sachi has been, by far, the best personal trainer I’ve ever trained with. Her workouts are spot on to what my personal goals have been, but that is not my reason for her being the best. She exudes compassion and understanding with the struggles that I have faced. She didn’t just give me a workout routine, but really hears me when I tell her when something isn’t working. She is quick to come up with different solutions, and is very knowledgeable with her course of action for my specific needs. She also understands that life happens, and on days that I struggle to even show up to my appointment, she is encouraging, supportive, and flexible with what I need on that day, not solely on the routine that she’s put into place. Sachi is someone that I would highly recommend, regardless of what your fitness level is. She is dedicated, hard-working, and will do what she can to find a way to help you meet your goals.

Sachi was amazing with me. She really listened to me and pushed me when I most needed it. She kept me focused and motivated. I lost 11lbs and feel amazing. It may not seem like a lot of weight lost but I feel amazing. Thank you, Sachi. You are an amazing coach/trainer.

Sachi is the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. She’s very patient and kind. But she also pushes me to do my best. I feel very comfortable and at ease with her. And her exercise and nutrition plans really work!
