Buyer beware: Cold, unresponsive, and terrible customer service
Be aware to buy any packet from hers and her website. I bought over $700 packets from her, and I had a horrible and terrible experience with Sabrina Phoenix Coaching. I strongly advise against buying any coaching packages from her. Once she had my money, she became extremely unresponsive. When she did communicate, her tone was cold and she seemed entirely focused on rigid company policies rather than actually helping me or addressing my concerns. It felt completely impersonal and like a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a coach who actually cares about their clients.
