I received a digital card from Rybbon. I did not use it for any transactions. Within a few days, all of my funds were gone from unauthorized transactions. I asked them for help with these unauthorized charges, but they said they were unable to help. Rybbon was the only one who had my card information and personal information, since I had not used the card anywhere yet. They are not trustworthy and they might even be selling personal information. Or, if they are not selling personal information, then they are not protecting their customers' privacy.

This company stole my $300 gift card telling me that I have donated it to charity and that there is nothing they can do about it. They went from displaying the available options to claiming my reward to a screen showing that my reward has been donated to charity without any confirmation from me.

Very unprofessional, cancelled registration 3/23 for webinar. Asked for insight contacted marketing lady twice no reply (name removed as requested by trustpilot). I was sent an originally invite from her to join this on 3/16 and retain it. Tried to join on the day of, said removed. No replies from the company as well as poor communication. Difficulty in redeeming orders/rewards in the past, do your self a favor and use Sendoso.

Got a reward with this company. Even though I CLEARLY selected I live in the UK, they gave me a card in USD which they cannot refund me for!! USD IS NOT THE ACCEPTED CURRENCY IN THE UK!!! It's deplorable, do not use this company. They will steal your money by forcing it into a currency not accepted in 99% of the world!
