RXNT's business model relies on raising prices, failing to deliver a functional product, and trapping users in automatic contract renewals without prior reminders. Their platform is full of critical flaws: patients get double-charged for appointments, secure messaging auto-archives messages immediately and blocks replies, multi-state scheduling is unreliable, and prescription errors have caused pharmacy rejections because of backend DEA entry mistakes. When support is contacted, representatives are rushed, distracted by background noise, and take days to address urgent problems. When you try to exit the platform because it fails to meet basic industry standards, they point to fine print in their contract to force you into another full year of payments. Terrible vendor integrity.
