How dare you. STEVE GREIG. As owner and operator of RV Depot in Cleburne, TX, you and I both know you have played a VERY dirty, conniving, backstabbing game with our sale. Your manipulation has upset my family as well as my kids. I will be reporting RV Depot to the DFW LGBT chamber of commerce and it shall be showcased alongside the other Anti-gay businesses in the DFW area on the wall of business shame. After his staff TIM and KENDRICK disrespected my boyfriend because he was feminine, we went to Ultimate RV where we received excellent service. Since STEVE GREIG owns the inventory for both locations, he decided to pulled the trailer back to RV Depot once he found out that we were buying the trailer. That is, once he found out the gay people he was rude to went to another dealer he decided to get childish. After we got approved on a trailer at ultimate RV (deal was finalized and credit was checked and a DEPOSIT was left) Steve ordered Tim and Kendrick to lay siege upon Ultimate RV while management was away and they took our trailer right out from under our noses. Shame on you Steve. I am very upset with the mind games you have played on my innocent family. My boyfriend and our little girl were both so excited to get the RV of our dreams. How do we tell our little girl that STEVE GREIG the owner of the RV Depot went behind our back and called off the deal because we are gay. STEVE, KENDRICK, TIM are Mean, Hurtful, sorry people. Do not give them business.

Worse experience I have ever had .never in my life will I ever deal with this company again .really wish others would coment there experience. I spoke with alot unhappy buyers. They sold me junk has be fixed structural damage rv been smashed in then repaired uneven wall due to damage. Taped up roof due to damage. Axle issues. Bad refrigerator on and on I don't recommend then they don't try to help or resolve problems.

We bought one camper and they failed to inform us that the title to our current camper was being held as a deposit on said camper. When they couldn’t sell us the camper we agreed on due to water damage they then informed us that they would find us another camper but would not be returning our title to our trade in camper. We was so tired of messing with them that we finally agreed on another camper “they found just for us”. When we signed the papers on the camper we was told the entire back wall would be repaired and any leaks would be fixed. Within 3 months of picking it up we went out and opened the camper up for the first time and there was mold all over our back wall and the floor. We called and they argued that it had been fixed previously but they would do it “on the house” this time. My husband pulled the camper 5 hrs to their shop because all warranties are in house only. He was told they would pull the top back and let everything dry then the wall would be repaired. They had our camper for over the 30 day guarantee (of course COVID was the blame here). We received a call saying our camper was ready so only because we was headed that way to see family we stopped in to check on the work. Low and behold the entire back wall was still covered in mold... then they acted dumbfounded when I told them we wanted it fixed. They kept the camper for another week and then called and said it was ready. This was after several phone calls and me being told I could not speak to the owner when I asked to. We did not get to camp this summer due to the parks being closed due to COVID but my husband opened the camper up recently and the whole back wall is again covered with mold. We have literally camped in this $25,000 rig ONCE. We will have it a year in December. I would run from this place as fast as you can. They are a bunch of liars who don’t stand behind their word. I have put off writing this review in hopes that my mind would change and they would make things right but obviously not. Colt was our salesman.

After agreeing to the terms of the deal and signing the contract I thought I would be ready to leave but the sales manager came out and said they wanted to change the terms (higher payment) so after haggling again we agreed, tore up the contract and signed a new one. The sales manager then said he wants to go up on the payment again and redo the contract again. I said that’s it I’m leaving. He of course didn’t want that so the second deal remained in place. Past that embarrassment of a finance operation I made the 7 hour drive home with the camper. I was promised it was put through a safety inspection for propane leaks, water leaks, and electrical issues. As soon as I plugged it in at my house the pedestal breaker tripped. I immediately checked the power supply cord where it’s hardwired into the camper. I wish I could post pictures of what I found because it’s absolutely ridiculous. It literally looks like it was wired by a small child. The connections are burnt and do not even have connectors just electrical tape. The tape isn’t even covering the entire connection. The hot wires are touching the metal junction box so there’s your safety inspection. I haven’t gone through the plumbing and propane systems yet but will after electrical. This is day Three of owning this camper and day one of it being hooked up. Needless to say I will never deal with rvdepot again and I highly encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
