We walked into RV Depot never expecting to get approved, but here we are; sitting in our new RV, completely satisfied with our purchase!! Christian was extremely helpful as he drove us around and showed us every RV we were interested in. He treated us with respect, was enthusiastic about their amazing selection on lot, and he listened to our wants and needs and then provided the perfect RV. Matt talked to us about our selection and listened as we explained what we needed for full-time living. He was gracious and pleasant to talk with as he walked us through their buying process and he worked double-time on our behalf to present our needs to the Finance Manager in order to make it happen. Professionalism and respect is what RV Depot provided to us, from start to finish. Their Credit and Finance Department came through with monthly payments we can afford and Sheila went above and beyond to get our contract completed in an orderly fashion. When we picked up our new RV we were pleased to discover it in mint condition, freshly cleaned and ready to hit the road. They even walked us through the set up process and helped us move our belongings from our old RV into our new home! We are grateful to the entire RV Depot Sales Team, their Credit, Finance and Service Departments for their dedication and commitment to quality, their attention to detail and for making our dream of owning a beautiful new RV become a reality. Everything asked to be fixed was fixed including ac when we came to pick it up and all the customer service was great
